Overview of Classes

The Circuit Family Fitness offers a wide variety of classes, from beginner to advanced. Whether you want to dance, kickbox, step or bootcamp style your way to a healthier you, you're sure to find a fun and challenging workout that's appropriate for your level of fitness.

 

We currently offer the following classes:

STEP AND STUFF

BEGINNING YOGA

STEP KICK & TONE!

CCM (Cardio, Core & Muscle)

LITE AND LIVELY 

Personal Training

 

  We have cancelled the Suspension Training classes for now due to lack of participants, but we are open to bringing it back if you need a different time or dates of classes, please let us know.  SEE THE CLASS SCHEDULE LISTED FOR DECEMBER BELOW. THANK YOU!
