The Circuit Family Fitness offers a wide variety of classes, from beginner to advanced. Whether you want to dance, kickbox, step or bootcamp style your way to a healthier you, you're sure to find a fun and challenging workout that's appropriate for your level of fitness.
We currently offer the following classes:

STRENGTH & CARDIO CIRCUIT
PLYO CARDIO KICKBOXING
We are now offering a program called FITNESS ON DEMAND! I am so excited about this because no matter what time of the day or night , you can take a class by video, from Cardio to Strength Training or Flexibilty, easy or difficult.
